DLPA works much better than St. Johns wort for depression & lack of energy. It is one of the supplements most people have not heard of. I've recommended it to many clients through the years with much success! (FYI: DLPA is the abbreviated name - you'll see why if you look it up.)

CDPc is more for the brain considering it also partly metabolizes to uridine. aGPC is more for workouts since it raises growth hormone.

I really don't want to have to cycle anything, so I take Alpha GPC and CDP Choline together. It really works for me. I also take Phosphatidyl Serine, Fish Oil, L-Tyrosine, B vitamins, Vitamin D, Rosemary, Turmeric, Melissa, and Ginkgo Biloba. I've been trying to find the best supplement for reading and paying attention to lectures. My acetyl l-carnitine and teacrine is in the mail. I'm trying to figure out what I missed.

L-tyrosine is a precursor to L-dopa, dopamine, nor adrenaline and adrenaline . Mucuna Pruriens is high in L-Dopa. The substitution of tyrosine is actually an upgrade. It allows your body to choose the right amount of tyrosine to convert into L-Dopa rather than just taking massive dosage found in Mucuna Pruriens.

Yerba mate could be an alternative caffeine source. Have a look at this article to help you decide: https://www.outsideonline.com/1963166/should-you-swap-your-coffee-yerba-mate

So to make a long question as short as possible, I am trying to research
the subject as much as possible before actually implementing it. I am
posting this question to see if I get a reply quicker than I can figure
it out on my own. pre-made custom stacks: The best nootropic stack and
the photographic memory stack, is it efficient to mix these two? or
would one or more of the ingredients conflict with each other, or cancel
each other out etc. Both of these stacks and claimed benefits seem
appealing, is there someway to mix these two that would provide me with
the best of both stacks? (Going to post this question onto both stacks, I
would imagine the response to this question could be beneficial to
other viewers
