Some supplements are fat-soluble and therefore will not dissolve in water. The Effectiveness shouldn’t be an issue, though.

Thank you! I looked at that link prior to asking my question. It gives an example of one supplement and one filler. When creating a stack of seven or eight supplements, do I use one supplement and one filler per capsule or do I combine multiple supplements in one capsule? Sorry – newbie question. Seems like I could combine multiple supplements in one capsule, but I’m unclear on how to figure out the weights and amounts – and when there are such tiny amounts of some supplements (for example noopept), can I be confident that equal amounts are going into each capsule I create just by mixing the supplements together? Thanks for any help or guidance on this!
