I have been measureing the various powders with the little spoon provided into a glass of water. i understand that this is not praticularly accurate, but I'm fine with that. I tend to the lower doses anyway. I'm also ok with some of the ingredients not disolving in water. I I was considering the advisability of prepairiing a blend (or two) of my stack for ease of administration. My concern is that it may be difficult to keep the various powders uniformly mixed. Has anyone used this method? Any thoughts? Shake prior to using? Sticking to mixing powders of similar consistancy and adding those that seem sticky or larger flakes separately would be a help.

Hi i am new to mixing my own nootropics and i have a question
You see i have some water soluble ingredients and fat soluble ingredients to mix
they say that water soluble ingredients are to be taken on an empty stomach while fat soluble ingredients are to be taken after meals or with fish oils so if i only take fish oils on an empty stomach will i hinder the efficacy of water soluble ingredients?
Thanks
